Values

From September 2016, the Fundación Real Madrid Technification School in Singapore will be focussing on these E.L.I.T.E values (Excellence, Leadership, Integrity, Teamwork and Entrepreneurial spirit)

With the aim to provide a more complete education to our players, every month our coaches will focus on one specific value. By performing exercises during the warm-up part of the training session, the coach will look for situations where that value is likely to be required. The group will do a joint reflection at the end of the session.
